Terms and Conditions

1. I understand that if my organization is accepted for the Community Organization Sponsorship Program, the regular monthly price of the package I choose will be billed to me monthly. I will also receive an emailed statement monthly.
2. I understand that this account will be a monthly service but I am free to send in a 12-month pre-payment if I choose, which will be applied to my account and used as a credit.
3. The Community Organization Sponsorship credit, a value of $120 ($10/month) for one service or $150 ($12.50/month) for multiple services, will be applied as a credit to my account within a 60 day period from the application approval date. Please Note:t the single service needs to have a total annual value of $250 at list price, and multiple services must have a total annual value of $500 at list price.
4. I understand that once the $120 to $150 value credit is used up, I am not eligible for another until the renewal and acceptance of my application the following year.
5. I understand the $120 to $150 value credit has no cash value and is neither transferable nor can it be carried over past the 12 month period.
6. I understand the $120 to $150 value credit is based on the assumption that the Organization is an Execulink client for a minimum of 12 months.
7. You must have a website with our logo AND have services that total at least $250.00 per year in order to qualify under our sponsorship program..
8. I understand that my organization information will be listed on the Execulink Community Sponsorship web page.
9. I understand that I am allowed only one credit per applicant organization. Related organizations e.g. United Way of Oxford, United Way of Brantford can each apply but must be administered separately.
10. I agree to copy the Execulink Telecom logo and place it on the main page of my web site or domain. Click here to go to logo setup page. Please Note that this image is the property of Execulink Telecom and is not to be modified without expressed written permission from Execulink Telecom.
11. Your organization’s key point of contact will accept requests from Execulink Telecom Marketing to discuss marketing opportunities.
12. Execulink Telecom’s Community Organization Sponsorship program and terms will be reviewed annually.
13. Execulink Telecom has the right to deny any application for the Community Organization Sponsorship Program, for any reason.
14. Execulink Telecom reserves the right to modify the Community Organization Sponsorship program with a minimum of 60 days notice.
